Scope: This standard specifies the method for the determination of coenzyme Q₁₀ in health food. This standard applies to the determination of coenzyme Q₁₀ added to health food with coenzyme Q₁₀ as the main functional ingredient. When the signal-to-noise ratio S/N=3, the sample volume is 5.0g, the volume is fixed to 25mL, and the sample volume is 10µL, the detection limit (LOD) is 1.6×10^-4g/100g; when the signal-to-noise ratio S/N=10, sample volume 5.0g, dilute to 25mL, when injection volume is 10µL, the limit of quantitation (LOQ) is 5×10^-4g/100g. Linear range: 5.0 µg/mL～100 µg/mL.
