Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, scope of protection, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and labeling, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of geographical indication products of Duliu (old) vinegar. This standard is applicable to Duliu (old) vinegar approved for protection by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
