- This specification specifies the technical requirements, quality assurance regulations and delivery preparations for the fiber optic gyroscope used in tactical missiles. This specification applies to the design, manufacture, inspection and delivery of fiber optic gyroscopes for tactical missiles. Fiber optic gyroscopes for other purposes can also be used as a reference.
