Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection methods, signs and packaging of electronic digital display internal micrometers. This standard applies to electronic digital display internal micrometers with a resolution higher than or equal to 0.001mm, a measuring range of less than or equal to 100mm, and an upper limit of the measuring range of 500mm. Refer to Appendix B for the electronic digital display inner micrometer with a measuring range of 500mm to 6000mm.
