- This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) method for the simultaneous determination of β-agonists albuterol, ctopamine and clenbuterol hydrochloride in feed. This standard applies to the determination of salbutamol, ractopamine and clenbuterol hydrochloride in compound feed, concentrated feed and additive premixed feed. The detection limit of salbutamol, ractopamine and clenbuterol hydrochloride in this standard is 0.01mg/kg, and the quantification limit is 0.05mg/kg.
