- This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection items, inspection methods, inspection rules, and requirements for signs, seals, packaging, transportation and storage of motor vehicle fuel dispensers (hereinafter referred to as dispensers). This standard applies to the design, manufacture and acceptance of fuel dispensers.
