- This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods and testing rules of silicon (lithium) X-ray detector systems. This standard applies to indoor silicon (lithium) X-ray detector systems with liquid storage containers, but does not apply to scanning electron microscope, portable or non-liquid nitrogen cooling silicon (lithium) X-ray detector systems.
