Scope: This standard specifies the sample preparation, standard sample selection, measurement steps, analysis conditions and processing of analysis results for electronic probe analysis of marine environment corrosion layers of ferrous metal materials in ships. This standard is applicable to the analysis of bulk corrosion samples of ship ferrous metals in marine environment. The electronic probe analysis of the corrosion layer of ferrous metal materials in other environments can be carried out by reference.
