Scope

This standard specifies the dimensional and performance requirements for the port and stud ends of cylindrical threads for pneumatic transmission. This standard specifies reusable and effective pressure-maintaining sealing devices for leak-proof connections within the pressure range from -90kPa to 1.6MPa. This standard applies to newly designed threaded air ports and stud ends in pneumatic transmissions.
