- This standard stipulates the definition of citrus grafted seedlings, the combination method of rootstock and scion, the requirements for rootstock and scion, the quality index of nursery stock, inspection and packaging, marking, transportation and other requirements. This standard is applicable to annual grafted seedlings (including field seedlings and container seedlings) of sweet oranges, citruses, pummelo, tangerines, kumquats, and miscellaneous oranges.
