- This standard specifies the position and method of anthropometric measurement for infant clothing. This standard applies to the anthropometric measurements of infants aged 24 months and under. This standard is applicable to the measurement of infant body size data required for various clothing and clothing accessories, but not all infant body sizes defined in this standard are necessary for infant anthropometric measurement and infant clothing production.
