Scope

This standard specifies the methods for determining the components and contents of rubber products, including general test methods and methods for determining the content of rubber polymers. This standard applies to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of components of rubber products of the "R" series (see GB/T 5576). Many of these methods can be applied to the analysis of natural or synthetic rubber.
