Scope

This standard solely deals with the requirements of measuring the duct surface area relevant for the determination of air leakage flow rate per unit surface area (leakage factor). The standard applies to circular and rectangular ducts and components used in air conditioning and ventilation systems defined in the principal scope of TC 156.
