Requirements for visual recognitionproperties, colour, retroreflectivity and luminance are provided. All of the tests contained inThis document already exist in one or more national technical standard(s)of Member State(s), or in legislative requirement(s) or code(s) of practice of Member State(s).Provision for identification and marking to declared levels of performance is provided.There are other product shapes which perform similar functions.This document does not cover devices made in other shapes, or which do not meetThe design requirements of this document.
