Scope: GB/T 19448 is applicable to machine tools with non-rotating tools, especially cylindrical shank toolholders used on turning machine tools. This part specifies the dimensions, markings and supplementary supply technical conditions of E1 to E4 type tool holders for cylindrical shank tools with shanks in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 19448.1. For non-standard tool holders with cylindrical shank tools similar to those shown in the illustration, it is recommended to use the specifications in this part.
