Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, inspection rules, test methods, marks, packaging, transportation, storage and content of the order (or contract) for cemented carbide teeth used in mines and oilfield drill bits. This standard applies to cemented carbide drill tooth blanks for roller cone bits and down-the-hole drill bits used in mine excavation and oil exploitation.
