Scope
This standard specifies the principle, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, sample preparation, analysis steps, result calculation and repeatability of determination of vitamin B in cereals by fluorescence spectrophotometry. This standard applies to the determination of vitamin B 2 in grains. The standard detection limit is 0.06μg.
