- This standard specifies the method overview, test preparation, test procedure, quality assurance and quality control, data and report of chemical bioconcentration flow-through fish test. This standard is suitable for testing and evaluating the bioaccumulation of stable organic chemicals whose lgPow value is between 1.5 and 6.0, and is also suitable for testing and evaluating the high lipophilicity of lgPow>6.0 bioaccumulation of organic chemicals.
