Scope

This standard specifies the method for dispersing pigments and extender pigments using a paint conditioner type shaker. This method is suitable for making dispersions of several samples in pigment quality control, and this standard is based on JIS K 5101-5-1 using a low viscosity binder system agreed between the manufacturer and the manufacturer. ~To be used in conjunction with the evaluation method specified in JIS K 5101-5-3.
