Scope

This standard specifies a method for evaluating the dispersibility of dispersed pigments based on changes in the degree of dispersion using the methods specified in JIS K 5101-1-1 to JIS K 5101-1-6. Refer to JIS K 5101-1-1. This method is generally used to compare a test pigment against a similar pigment, for example a comparison pigment agreed upon between the purchaser and the manufacturer.
