Scope

This standard specifies two general test methods for evaluating the lightfastness of colored pigments by comparing the test pigment with a comparison pigment agreed upon between the purchaser and the manufacturer. In method A, the material is placed under a glass plate and exposed to natural light. Method B involves exposing the material directly to artificial light.
