Scope

This standard specifies the size, shape, weight and allowable deviation of hot-rolled flat steel of non-alloy tool steel, alloy tool steel and high-speed tool steel (hereinafter referred to as tool steel). This standard applies to hot-rolled tool steel flats with a thickness of 6mm to 100mm, a width of 10mm to 310mm, and a rectangular cross-section.
