Scope

This part stipulates the general conditions that automobile special maintenance businesses should have, as well as the business scope, personnel, facilities, equipment and other conditions of each special maintenance. This part is applicable to the special automobile maintenance business (three types), and is the basis for the examination and management of the opening of the special automobile maintenance business by the transportation administrative department.
