Scope: This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels and packaging of the regional flag of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the regional flag). This standard applies to regional flags made of chemical fiber fabrics (excluding man-made fiber fabrics) and silk, and also to regional flags made of cotton, wool, and linen fabrics. The appearance quality control of regional flags made of paper, plastic and other materials should also refer to this standard.
