Scope

This standard provides specification guidelines for natural rubber Technically Graded Rubber (TSR) and specifies grading requirements based on natural rubber types and their properties. This standard is intended for use by those procuring TSR and may serve as the basis for some requirements that may warrant more stringent regulation in certain circumstances. Therefore, this standard also lists some guidelines that need to be agreed upon by all parties involved.
