Scope

1.1 This test method covers the test conditions and procedures that are applicable when Practice G53 is employed for the exposure of bituminous roofing and waterproofing materials having a minimum softening point of approximately 200176F (95176C) as determined by Test Method D36.

1.2 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as the standard.
