This standard specifies the definition, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labels, markings, packaging, transportation and storage of tamarind fruits. This standard is applicable to the quality evaluation of tamarind fruits, and can also be used as a reference for the quality evaluation of imported tamarind fruits.
