Scope

This standard specifies the method overview, test preparation, test procedures, quality assurance and quality control, data and reports for short-term toxicity tests on fish embryos and yolk sac larvae stages of chemicals. This standard is applicable to determine the lethal effect of chemicals on the tested fish species at a specific stage and the sub-lethal effect to a certain extent.
