Scope

This standard specifies monitors installed around nuclear facilities and radiation facilities (hereinafter referred to as facilities) that continuously monitor the air absorbed dose rate or air kerma rate (hereinafter referred to as dose rate) of environmental gamma rays. (hereinafter referred to as "monitor"). However, portable and portable monitors are excluded.
