- Scope
- This standard specifies the grade, specifications, codes and markings, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of perforated fiber cement boards for sound absorption. This standard applies to panels made of fiber-reinforced cement slabs as substrates through cutting, perforation and other processes. They are mainly used as structural materials and decorative materials to control indoor reverberation time and reduce environmental noise. This standard does not apply to perforated calcium silicate boards, perforated fiber-reinforced low-alkalinity cement boards, and perforated sandy asbestos cement boards.
