Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, structural types, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of wrap-welded stainless steel screens. This standard applies to the design, manufacture and inspection of wrap-welded stainless steel screens (screens for short) used in oil, gas and water wells.
