- This part of MH/T 4016 specifies the technical requirements for automatic weather observation systems, automatic weather stations, airport terminal area Doppler weather radars, boundary layer wind (temperature) profile radars and satellite cloud image receiving and processing systems equipped at civil airports. This section applies to meteorological equipment equipped in the civilian part of civil airports and military-civilian airports.
