This part specifies the principles, reagents, instruments, sample preparation, analysis steps, calculation of analysis results, tolerances, quality control and requirements for the determination of niobium content in superalloys using chlorosulfonol C absorbance photometry. This section applies to the determination of niobium content in high-temperature alloys. Measuring range: 0.10% ~ 3.00%.
