Scope: This label stipulates the technical requirements, equipment indicators, power consumption measurement, reliability, safety, environmental protection and other requirements for steel parts in the production process control of the push rod type controlled atmosphere carburizing line. This standard is applicable to various carburizing treatments for mass-produced carburized steel parts with a single part mass of 0.1kg to 40kg and a carburized layer depth of 0.3mm to 3.0mm. The carburizing furnace in this standard is electrically heated and is not suitable for fuel furnaces or the heat treatment of flexible production lines composed of push rod furnaces and rotary hearth furnaces.
