This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of self-locking electrical connectors. This standard applies to self-locking electrical connectors (hereinafter referred to as connectors) in instruments and various electronic, electrical and power equipment.
