- In order to strengthen the acceptance management of water conservancy and hydropower construction projects, institutionalize and standardize the acceptance of water conservancy and hydropower construction projects, and ensure the quality of project acceptance, these procedures are specially formulated. This procedure is applicable to the acceptance of large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower construction projects (including level 1, level 2, and level 3 embankment projects) fully or partially invested and constructed by central and local finance. The acceptance of other water conservancy and hydropower construction projects can be implemented by reference.
