Scope

This part specifies the type, size and method of use of gauges for testing the main interchangeability dimensions and contact pressure of bayonet lampholders for electric light sources. This standard applies to the design and manufacture of gauges for checking the interchangeability dimensions and contact pressure of bayonet lampholders for electric light sources.
