Scope: This standard specifies the basic principles, basic requirements and management requirements for electricity safety. The design, manufacture and selection, installation and use, maintenance and other requirements for electric products are also for the reason of safe use of electricity. This standard applies to personnel and functional departments related to the design, use, maintenance and safety management of various electrical equipment and electrical installations with rated voltages of AC 1000V and below and DC 1500V and below.
