- This part of GB/T 21559 specifies the calculation method for the basic rated static load, equivalent static load and static load safety factor of linear motion rolling bearings, which is applicable to the use of contemporary, commonly used, high-quality hardened bearing steel, manufactured according to good processing methods , and the shape of the rolling contact surface is basically a linear motion rolling bearing of conventional design. This section also specifies linear motion rolling bearings. This standard does not apply to the design of rolling elements running directly on the sliding surface of mechanical equipment, unless the surface is equivalent in all respects to the raceway of linear motion rolling bearing parts.
