Scope: This standard stipulates the emission limits of coal mine gas and the emission limits of coalbed methane surface development system of coalbed methane. This standard is applicable to the gas emission control management of existing mines and coalbed methane surface development systems, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design, completion acceptance and post-completion gas emission control management of newly built, rebuilt and expanded mines and coalbed methane surface development system projects. This standard is applicable to the discharge of pollutants permitted by law, the site selection of new mines or coalbed methane surface development systems and the management of existing mines or coalbed methane surface development systems in special protection areas, in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution" implementation of relevant regulations.
