- Scope
- This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of rare earth nitrate plant growth regulators. This standard applies to rare earth nitrate (molecular formula RE(NO3)3·6H< Subscript 2>O), where RE is composed of La, Ce, Pr, Nd or at least two or more rare earth ions. This product is used as a plant growth regulator (see Appendix A for usage).
