Scope
This part of GB/T 21466 gives the calculation method for hydrodynamic oil-lubricated sliding bearings whose journal and bearing surface are completely separated by a fluid lubricating oil film, and is used to design hydrodynamic sliding bearings that operate reliably. This section applies to the calculation of bearing wrap angle. For circular sliding bearings with Ω of 360°, 180°, 150°, 120° and 90°, the load acts on the center of the circle. When the deformation caused by the temperature and pressure of the lubricating oil film is neglected, the geometric clearance is a certain value. The calculation process is suitable for the calculation and optimization of plain bearings in steam turbines, generators, electric motors, gear units, rolling mills, pumps and other machinery. This section is applicable to the working condition of steady working state (that is, under the condition of continuous operation, the angular velocity of all rotating parts and the direction and magnitude of the load are constant). This section is also applicable to conditions where the load is constant but rotates at any speed. This standard does not apply to dynamic load conditions (that is, conditions in which the direction and/or magnitude of the load changes with time, and these changes may be caused by vibration or rotor instability at high speeds).
