- This part specifies the general principles for transmitting single radar target reports, the structure and composition of single radar target report messages, and the expression of single radar target report 048 data. This section applies to one radar transmitting target report information to one or more surveillance data processing systems (SDPS) or other relevant users, and also applies to the mutual transmission of target reports between single radars.
