Scope

This standard specifies the detection method of genetically modified insect-resistant cotton on cotton field biodiversity. This standard is applicable to the detection of the impact of genetically modified insect-resistant cotton on the population size of major pests and dominant natural enemies in cotton fields, the community structure of arthropods, and major cotton diseases.
