This standard specifies the detection method for the resistance of genetically modified insect-resistant cotton to the target pest, bollworm. This standard is applicable to the indoor bioassay of the resistance of genetically modified insect-resistant cotton to the target pest bollworm, the stability and homozygosity of the resistance, and the field testing of insect-resistant efficiency.
