This standard concerns the verification of testing machines for determining Rockwell hardness (N and T scales) according to UNI 562-75 Part 2" and according to the UNI standards relating to non-ferrous metallic materials. It describes the indirect method, applicable for the verification of machines in service, and the direct method, applicable for the initial verification of new machines by the manufacturer and for the verification of overhauled machines, the indirect method is a global control method of the machine, while the direct one is a method fundamental that allows you to individually control the main functions of the machine.
