Scope

This standard establishes the methods to be followed for the experimental determination of the average density of fine aggregates (sand) to be used in the preparation of hydraulic mortars or concretes, dried naturally in the air or dried at 100"^" 110 °C, and of surface moisture absorption when they are dried naturally in the air.
