Scope
This part of GB/T 9239 gives the specifications for a constant (rigid) rotor and specifies: a) Balance tolerance; b) Number of required correction planes; c) Method for checking residual unbalance. Based on the mechanical type and maximum operating speed of the constant (rigid) rotor, recommendations are made on its balance quality requirements. The recommendations are based on domestic and international experience. This part of GB/T 9239 specifies the acceptance criteria for residual unbalance inspection to coordinate the relationship between manufacturers and users of rotating machinery. GB/T 9239.2 discusses in detail the testing of balance errors and residual imbalances. This part of GB/T 9239 does not include flexible rotors.
