The scope of this technical reference encompasses:
(a) The range of services that a person or firm professing to offer Managing Agent services is already offering in the industry. The range covers the standard services of "Maintenance Management", "Accounting and financial", "Administrative" and "Professional Consultancy";
(b) Several optional services, but this is subject to separate contract; and
(c) A specimen Agreement to be drawn up between a Client and the Managing Agent. This Agreement is for reference and information. The 2 parties are free to and can vary the details in the Agreement, as mutually agreed.
