This Part, which shall be used, if applicable, in conjunction with the other parts of this Publication, describes general conditions for measurements to be applied to various types of radio receivers, including particularly those for broadcast transmissions.
It also describes such methods of measurement which are deemed to be applicable to several types of radio receivers and therefore do not appear in other specialized parts.
